Maybe DD regional channels could translate PM broadcasts.
Shocking to see urban youth defecate on roads, compound walls etc in daylight, riding out on swanky mobike.
It is not lack of toilet in urban areas...It is reluctance to use a toilet. Why ?
Toilets are dirty....Indian men avoid cleaning a toilet.....This is not a generalisation....Of course I dont have stats but this is the feedback while questioning boy school children whether they clean their toilet at home..
Answer: No!
